Why can’t I play ranked with friends?

Whenever I’m playing with someone and they try to start a ranked game, they can’t and all they see is this message: “All players are not secure”. I’m pretty sure that I have secured my account but for some reason it still says that I haven’t. Any suggestions? Incase I have just done it wrong could anyone tell me how to secure it so that I can play ranked.
