reshade effects are not loading.
hello, i am having an issue with my reshade. I may be a complete dumbass but i really cant figure out what im doing wrong. I already gave myselg full perms and ran the game as an administrator.. and everytime i open the sims it acts like i've never used reshade before and tries to show me a tutorial... any advice?
