Amazon Amnoys Me

The rates were really high yesterday and the warehouse was a jungle but I couldn't schedule a route. So I complained and then today I get a route and I go in the warehouse and I see a massive amount of returns. It annoys me because I don't return anything but yet they let people schedule who do return things constantly. So today's route was $30 less than they were offering yesterday. Today, probably because I complained, they gave me a route with all apartments, almost all failed deliveries from other drivers, multiple failed each package. Successfully delivered probably 90% and hid like 10% in the bushes.

I don't know why other drivers have so much trouble and why they return so much and why Amazon keeps letting them schedule while I'm unable to.

I have other complaints but I'll stop there.
