Personal Hygiene standards

I had tickets for The Unbreakable Boy this evening, but I had to leave due to the odor of two people in the handicap row. At first, it was just the gentleman, and I moved further away. Then his wife came in and took off her shoes, and you could see my eyes start to water and burn! I was two rows away. I pity anyone who tickets in the row directly behind them. Is there any way Regal can enforce some sort of Hygiene requirements?
