How many copyrighted shirts do you need to upload to get a perm a ban?

How much copyrighted clothing would you need to upload to get permanently banned? Can you get perm a banned for uploading 1? 2? 3? Or even 4? And if you have multiple up does it count as 1 strike or does 1 strike count as each shirt.
