pet owners don’t rate me?

Ive had bookings for Christmas week and I want to get rated so I can have others see that I’ve completed bookings because I’m using Rover as a cushion until I get a job.

I’ve reminded them on the last day of the booking, to kindly review my service, but they stop communicating with me, and I heard nothing back from them and they don’t book me,

What do I even do at that point?
