Battery and heating issue persists even after doing asystem cache wipe

Hey guys I really regret buying the phone it's only 1 month old and can't stay more than 5 hours even when am using light mode lowering the brightness activiating power saving turing off all features and puting all apps to deep sleep.

I used smart switch to transfere my date from old phone I let the phone adapt for a month I deleted system cache like some people told me.

The diagnoisis of the phone says the battery is normal. I really don't know what to do I feel like I wasted a lot of money for nothing I bought a new phone just to have better battery.
