Yugo sks cycling problem

Recently un-bubbaed a yugo after wanting one for years. Took her out and she doesn't wanna cycle, slide maybe moves an inch not enough to even cause a feed error. Cleaned the hell out of the gas port and all surrounding bits, still nothing. Any ideas?
