Lessons Learned
Working on Reddinfo as a side project taught me so much about building, learning, and iterating: 1. Start Small You don’t need to solve every problem at once. Focus on one core feature, and build from there. For Reddinfo, this was simply fetching subreddit stats. 2. Iterate Quickly Don’t wait for your project to be perfect before showing it to others. Early feedback is invaluable. 3. Embrace the Process Side projects are as much about learning as they are about creating. The skills I picked up while building Reddinfo will be useful for future projects, even if this one doesn’t scale. 4. Community Matters Sharing updates and engaging with the Reddit community helped me improve Reddinfo and also find my first users.
