From clueless to marketing our SaaS: What resources helped you when starting from zero?

I have been tasked to market a SaaS ( ideal customer is consumer) but I have no clue. All I know is that I want to focus on organic marketing (not even sure you can say that). What resources can help me kick off my journey? Things I have been doing so far: interviewing marketing freelancers on Upwork, reading the 22 laws of marketing and asking GPTs.
