Getting kids taken away by social services.

Is that a thing in the Sims4? I haven’t had that happen because I’m diligently taking care of the kids, and my Sims autonomously make sure the little ones eat. I remember it used to happen really easy in the previous version. My question is, if it happens, would I be able to find the child in other households?

I wanted to do a neglected child story. So I want the kid to be taken away and when they grow up I want to switch and play them.
