7070 build
I’m putting together a junk parts PC on the cheap with an i5 9500 on a 7070 mobo with 32gb ddr4, 256gb m.2 ssd and a Antec 450w psu. Is a gtx 1070oc overkill? Am I likely to bottleneck the cpu?
