FIRST REAL EARBUDS

Finally I have got Sony WF-1000XM5 and the sound is truly fascinating. Although my phone doesn't support LDAC but I'm still enjoying it and all the features that it has.

So I have some questions regarding maintainability : 1. Can I use it in gym considering that I'm barely sweating? 2. My ears kinda oily so should I clean them after every time I use it?

And is there something I should do or be aware of it and thank you.
