Not enough space

Im still pretty early in the game and I had Gwen’s lodge, the guest house, and Atul’s house. I’m confuse in how to improve the lion/add Summer’s Sanctuary if I don’t have enough space. Help pls! I want to finish a game for the first time in my life lol
