Cannot Select Jennison

I am trying to get back to New Atlantis and I cannot select Jennison at all. I found a thread elsewhere explaining that Toliman and Jennison are next to each other, but I can only see one dot on the map and after select it a dozen times I cannot get it to switch back to Jennsion. How do I do this reliably? Using default layout on PC.

Edit: Ok, I've got this figured out. Feel a bit stupid. I did not realize that when you clicked on a star that the two labels coming out were functioning like a pulldown menu where it was giving you a choice. I thought it was just a label giving you the name of the star and then a name of a planetary system, not a list of stars.
