Corruption detected in Account Fix?

I was playing like normal when my game crashed on my pc. I thought nothing of it at first, but now I can't even get to the main menu screen. It loads up to the press any button to start screen, then tells me corruption detected in account. Please tell me someone knows what I can do to fix this..
