Theory: Is **** a Dawnshard?

Is Nohadon possibly a Dawnshard? Rereading the Novella by the same name and I noticed Rysn describes a similar effect when starting at the mural (warmth and a golden light) that Dalinar always ascribed to the visions where he interacted with the "real" Nohadon.

Nohadon was also a surgebinder, so he has access to Investiture and could use a Dawnshard's powers to some degree( like say, give Dalinar a vision that Odium couldn't detect).

He may have also had something to do with the sleepless making that specific demand of Rysn. I noticed that the sleepless didn't explicitly forbid her from using other forms of investiture, only from forming a Nohel bond. Maybe that was because they learned a lesson from Nohadon's experience.
