Bike is losing power

When I first got my surron it had some torque and the wheel would pop up pretty easily but now I can barely pop it up. It’s been losing power and I can barely go 37mph in a flat grass field and 42 on the road. I used to be able to go 42 in the same field and 50 on the road.
