Best RPG on Switch?

So these days I have a wife and kids meaning there's never a free TV in the house. So I decided to buy a Switch Lite to post up on the couch and play while they watch their reality shows. Im loving it! Best console of all time. So far Ive beat Odessey, Tears of the Kingdom and Hollow Knight (All Masterpieces!) I really want to pick up an RPG for my next game, as that was my favorite genre growing up. What should I get?? If it helps at all, FF6 is my all time favorite game. Exclusives, ports, remakes, remasters, I don't care, what is the best of the best I can get on this console?
