Best affordable hospital/doctor for hemorrhoids...

SO... I've had a rather annoying problem thats been off and on for a while, only recently my hemorrhoid issue seems to have escalated and it is very painful, even to use a bidet. I was hoping it would resolve with some creams designed for hemorroids, but I will now need to see a doctor.

I don't have insurance unfortunately, is it possible I can get it and then use it to go to the hospital?

Reading some quotes on Bumrangrad Hospital's website, it says it will be around 160,000 baht for a removal procedure, they have to GOT to be kidding... surely there are some more reasonable options that westerners are able to utilize? Anyone have recommendations?

Any good, affordable doctor/hospital recommendations (preferably with some English speaking staff) would be highly appreciated...

I did find an old thread about this, but the website is down for one of the clinics that offers/offered non-surgical options .
