What Would You Change in CS?

If the PM gave you a magic wand to make certain changes in the CS what would they be?

I would change the lack of universal marking/accuracy of sifting applications and scoring at interviews. Once you’ve been a CS for a certain amount of time, no need to go through certain checks again. Lack of clarity on certain things such as annual leave. Increase the pay and the annual leave from 25- 40 days lol
