HELP! how can i learn touchdesigner

i really want to learn how to use touchdesigner for my own, i can follow youtube videos and understand the aspects of touchdesigner but i really am having quite a hard time to design something of my own. i am really new at coding and cant quite understand how it works, and why it works, but thats why i really want to learn how to do it. people who started out on touchdesigner, how did you learn it (sorry for my bad grammar, i am dutch
