100k maintenance question

I have a 2013 base model that is almost at 100k. Realistically what maintenance should I have done? I’ve always taken it to my local dealership for maintenance and it seems like there’s always something they “recommend” that doesn’t really need to be done. Is there a timing belt in this vehicle? I know that’s important to replace at 100k. Any thoughts and suggestions are appreciated, just wanted to educate myself before going for maintenance.
