What is the lowest stakes debate that gets a community the most heated?

In comics monthly floppy comics even modern ones have inherent design flaws that mean being sat on a shelf will cause them to destroy themselves in the space of even a year for certain companies dog shit print quality (marvel) this means everyone has special bags to put them in that are then backed with special cardboard boards (these boards are also used by hobby crafters for storing fabric)

Now these boards have one side rough and the other smooth and the fucking DISCOURSE that happens about which side touches the comic

you have people swearing on their mothers grave the smooth side rubs colour off the page it touches and an equal just as convinced gang of people that the rough side is full of acid just ready to destroy the comic

and there are people who say all boards are toxic bombs and you need totally untreated organic boards that need replacing yearly or they will melt
