Did i damage my cervix?

A week ago i was having sex with my boyfriend and he defintley hit something that made me feel like i got punched in the stomach. I had horrible pain that night and the day after and then it went away. Then the next day after the pain went away i started lightly bleeding which got worse every day and got so heavy with clots like a period but i was not due to get my period for another 2 weeks and i have never had an irregular period ever. This went on for a week. I finally stopped bleeding yesterday and had sex again and now im bleeding again. Bright red blood. Should i be concerned?? Something like this has never happend to me ever. Im 24 female
