Bringing dogs in UAE.

Hi people,

I'm living in UAE right now, in Sharjah specifically. I have 2 dogs left to my parents in Ph. I plan to bring them over but I'm not quite convinced if UAE is a conducive place for them. Just recently, our neighbor was advised via email that they need to let go of their dogs as it is already banned and they need to contact MOREH (like the government body for housing and employment stuff, I think). Neighbor deems it's because a local complained of dogs, this is just in the community we're renting, so not sure in other places in UAE.
I know some would just advise 'it's just dogs' but if I won't be able to bring my dogs to UAE, I may decide to go back after 2 years. I'm not earning so much but it's decent starting salary (>4k AED).
I wish to stay here for at least 5 years to establish my career. I'm in specialty coffee sector, baristas in Ph would be lucky to earn 15kphp/mo and I acknowledge the fact that it's so much faster to grow here professionally- opportunity to use more advanced machine, get into roasting, afford SCA accredited classes, more training and diverse exp. If you're in UAE and you have big dogs (>15 kilos, mine is 18kilos and 30kilos), did you have a hard time managing it? I meant everything, not just the dogs, your neighbors response, people around?

I don't want to feel sorry for saying that my dogs are major factor to my decision making as they've been with me during highs and rock bottoms so I consider them companions in life. This is not a migration for good situation as it is virtually impossible to get permanent residence in UAE but as dogs' life is short, I wanted them to be with me for the 5-10 years time I'll be here which means that this could be where they will pass eventually.
