Stay in or get out.

I’m really weighing my options here for myself. I’ve been in 9 and half years. I’m on my third contract. Done DI, working on my BA. I don’t know if I want to stay in, go AMOI, WO/ECP, or get out. I work in avionics as well. What do you think is the best COA for me.
