After 3 Christmas seasons at 48k

My route was a 48k (93 standard). Our office finally got adjusted the week before thanksgiving(not the best decision). For now the office is failing thousands of packages daily. All the routes were cut to a 43k, and all the regulars that have been working for free on 48ks for years leave after completing. yesterday worst day so far only took me 5.5 hours and some harassment for management when i clocked out a 1:40. (If they wanted me/us to carry more we should of only been cut to 46k)
