Uber Eats Delivered My Order with an Open Package & Missing Fries. No compensation!
Ordered food for three, and when it arrived, the package was already torn open, and my fries were missing. Reached out to Uber Eats, and they refused to offer any refund or compensation, just told me to leave a rating.
It’s honestly unacceptable to receive food in this condition, especially when paying delivery fees and tips. Anyone else noticed Uber Eats getting worse with handling complaints?
