Gunsmith/Armorers in NoVA to remove/install AR barrel and handguard?

So I'm looking to change the handguard on an SPRish build (but it will require removal of the barrel assembly) and I am looking for a trusted gunsmith/armorer in the NoVA area to properly install it (basically just following torque specs and not damage anything).

Does anybody have any recommendations for good gunsmiths/armorers that will do this, what the expected cost is and turnaround time? I've seen Sterling Arsenal mentioned on this sub as well as SEG so if anyone has experience with them or others let me know, thanks.

To add: In case the question of "just do it yourself" comes up...basically, I don't have any of the tools, no bench, no vice, no action rod/block, no wrench. So it is likely cheaper for me to find a gunsmith/armorer in the short term.
