vm, cervical vertigo or inner ear?

i woke up one day with the room spinning and had a virus, around the same time i got a forceful chiro adjustment that hurt the back of my head immediately. i've had cervical mris that show disc herniations. t spine mri showed herniations. vestibular testing clear. brain mri clear. arteries in head and neck clear. eyes checked. ent, neurology, cervical chiro, vestibular theraphy, orthos. since the end of april i've had rocking sensations, falling sensations, off balance feelings, neck pain, trap soreness, ear pain.

mris show - cervical and t spine disk herniations and sinus disease.

brain mri - clear

head and neck arteries - clear

vestibular testing caloric and vng- clear

orthos say - not my neck nuero says - possible vestibular migraines or pppd - medications r doing nothing. nortripltline 50mg cervical chiro says - discs in neck, over stretched ligaments in neck causing spasms sending whacky signals to my ears and brain. ent - has no clue seeing him again monday.

at this point i think it's either my neck or sinuses and possible mold exposure at work. i'm a barber and barbering is hard on your neck and t spine so im thinking cervical vertigo or sinus disease being aggravated by mold toxicity. symptoms are mainly only present among work - explaining postural or mold.

current meds - lexapro, xanax for sleep disorder (hypnic jerks) and night terrors, benicar for blood pressure working on weight loss to get off it. nortriptyline for suspected vestibular migraine and it's not working so about to stop and protonix for gerd. not suffering from anxiety but xanax does relax my neck and kill off vestibular symptoms. slowly loosing my mind - brain fog, off balance feelings, almost felt like i fell backwards at work today, floor dropping sensations, jello legs, unsteady feelings. again, mainly at work as my head is down working on clients or exposed to mold.
