Custom themes ?

Hi I just got my ps vita and was just wondering how to get custom themes everywhere I’ve looked says to use custom themes manger but it seems to not be working for me is there anyway to get custom themes anymore or did I do something wrong ? Thank you for any advice. I’m getting my sd2vita card n my memory for it tmrw im very excited!
