is it placebo?

I took my first dosage of 10mg today (10mg because i’ve reacted badly to most medications in the past). About an hour after i took it, i did the dishes, vacuumed the house, deep cleaned my room + car and did laundry. This is my first time sitting down in around 3 hours. Is this normal? I am a hypochondriac with medications lol so i’m worried it may all be in my head. Please help me understand if what i’m feeling is the medicine
