Lost 50lbs

I’m 5’2 and weighed 200lbs after my second born! I started a diet in January of only eating 40 carbs a day and have lost crazy amount very quickly. I lost 10lbs my first week!

I have had a lot of health issues since and I’m not sure if it was the diet or pregnancy. I had to have an appendectomy and have also had internal hemorrhoids.

I am down to 150 but goal weight is 130. I don’t want to do this diet if it’s unhealthy and will cause more issues. Is low carb okay and safe to do to lose that 20 more lbs?
