How to resist craving and over-eating
Hello all, I’m getting married in 9 months and I hate the way that I look. I want to shed some weight before then. My biggest barriers are cravings and portion control. I have a huge sweet tooth and will grab a candy bar every time I go to a store. Or a bag of chips just to have around. What are good methods to limit those cravings and not give in when I have to go to a store or gas station or wherever? When I eat, I tend to get larger than necessary portions. I’ll fill my plate and eat it all. Whether it’s a healthy meal or too much of a less healthy meal. Any advice to lessen my portions but still feel fulfilled? I am active and do 25-30 minutes of each cardio and weightlifting typically 3-5 times per week. I think if I could control my urges and portions, I could lose weight. Please offer any advice that may help me
