I have lost 3kgs in 10 days 🤍
I F23 165cm started my weight-loss journey 10 days ago starting weight 91kgs and I have weighed myself today and I’m 88kgs! I’m super proud of myself but also worried if I have lost weight too quickly. is this normal? I’m worried about plateauing later on. I work out 5x a week - 20mins walking and 30-45mins weight training. Consuming 1500–1600 cals a day
Am i doing this correctly or is there anything I should change?
