Recs for recurring monthly cleaning services

Does anyone have recs for a monthly cleaning service? A lot of the cleaning services in SG like Helpling, Luce, Nimbus etc all only offer weekly or every 2 weeks. I don't need that often as I do a simple cleaning by myself weekly, just need 1 session monthly to do a more thorough clean.

I've been using the one-off cleaning services from these companies but can't help feeling it should more worth subscribing to a recurring service.

Alternately, if anyone has recs for independent part-time cleaners that have rates around ~$20 per hour in the west/southwest, please DM me!
