I need /r/billsimmons weight loss tips
Sorry guys, I've tried a lot of advice from other people. I need to lose weight and feel healthier and I can't seem to find anything that works for me. I figured that the subreddit that knows the most about middle aged men and their bodies could help a 39 year old overweight man.
I'm built like Dino Bravo but without the muscle, if that helps anyone with a work out/diet plan. 6 foot, wide, probably 280 but it's solid.
