I guess white coat will never go away

I've struggled with anxiety last 5 years now. 45m on 5 mg Amlodipine. I haven't had any anxiety for a better part of 2024 thankfully. Had to go to urgent care today which was the first time seeing a doctor in 6 plus months. My at home measurement vs in office measurement 1 hour later. I guess some things never change even when I feel the anxiety is gone
