Recently built PC questionable performance.

So I finished building my PC, I got a Rtx 4060 TI oc ventus 2x, B550 Avx v2 motherboard, Ryzen 9 5900x, and a noctua nh-D15 cpu cooler. I watched a video of a guy with a 4060ti and a ryzen 5 5600x getting around 70-90fps in Helldivers 2 on ultra settings at 1080p while on the same settings and resolution I'm getting about 40-50fps and 30fps lows, I made sure the thermal paste is applied evenly, updated the bios and drivers but still the same. Failed to mention I got a 850w gold plus psu. Any suggestions welcome.
