3CDC targeting artist’s space in the west-end

My band rents a very affordable practice space in a warehouse in Cincinnati’s west-end (near TQL stadium). Evidently, 3CDC has set their sights on owning the property (to hoard and let sit vacant) and have been harassing the property owners with inspections and sniffing out code violations on the 100+ year old building. The owners are aging and experiencing some health complications so they’re understandably having trouble making the necessary improvements to the building. The warehouse is an institution for the indie Cincinnati music scene and provides countless artists with a space to create their art. It would be a serious loss to our city if 3CDC purchases the property. Any suggestions as to how we can support the owners as tenants?
