Thinking about quitting Walmart next year to be a merchandiser. Is it worth it?

Hello everyone. I'm a stocker/unloader and I've been working for Walmart for 5+ years and I'm getting tired of this company and want to try something new. Been through a lot of BS at Walmart and I've been thinking about quitting some time next year, probably around Spring. I can't quit right now due to personal stuff.

In my area I see they're hiring Coke Merchandisers for around $13-14 an hour (I live in North Carolina) and I feel like this might be ok for me since I'm already used to pulling pallets and stocking sodas and juices. If anyone has ever worked for Walmart or any big box retailers, are you happier working for Coca Cola as a merchandiser? I understand it can be exhausting but are you mentally better?
