Looking to commission a portrait

Hello!

I've been looking through this subreddit and you are all very talented!!

I'm wanting to get a piece commissioned of my girlfriend and me. It's from about about the shoulder up. The background can be similar or something different than what is the picture.

I'm looking for a nice, classy rendition of the photo, in color, please.

I don't want anything hyper realistic nor do I want anything too cartoony. Something classy is the best way I can describe it.

I'm also not looking for anything that looks too much like an oil painting. The idea is that I wanted to take your work, send it off to a place to get printed and framed on around an 11" x 14" frame to give to her for our anniversary. I thought an artist rendition of a photo I'll be giving you would be nice.

Please also send some pieces from your portfolios, please so I can get a feel of your style. I'm not too fastidious, but I thought we could communicate on what I am looking for further if I select you. I'm not sure if it's possible, but if you're doing it digitally I'd like an option to make slight changes once or twice.

Hopefully my request isn't too difficult. Ultimately, I am just wanting a classy commissioned art portrait of me and my girlfriend - I don't just want to print out a photo and have it framed.

Also, for clarification: it's more a selfie of us which is the main focus. Some pretty background is there, like a tree. Being able to add some mountains in the back from where I live in southern AZ would be best :) but background isn't the big thing

The main just of picture is the both of us in the foreground. Maybe "slightly" illustrated is good, but nothing too hyper realistic
