Problem with my resolution in the game

I have a 1080p monitor but in CS2 it doesn't allow me to play in 1920x1080 in full screen, and only lower resolutions appear. In windowed mode I can't play because it generates a lot of input lag, any solution?

I usually like to play in stretched resolution (the game doesn't allow it either) but at least I would like to be able to play in 1080 lol
