CRT emudriver not working on pc to Sony PVM

I have my pc with an HD 5450 GPU (also tried an HD 7570) connected via VGA to 5 BNC to my Sony PVM-9044QM I followed the guide By CD CRUZE and the official one, and they didn't work, windows display settings only shows 800x600 as the lowest resolution I tried using CRU it worked once but the CRT either showed a black screen with 3 RGB lines on top or a pink screen flashing quickly, after a restart my pc settings went back to the old resolution, the cable works on my de1-Soc with mister, in the video by Kurt Effinger he said if you have separate HV sync to connect the black cable and enable composite sync, is this true or do I need a sync combiner.

Update: vmmaker says "rejected by driver" when I try to install the modlines
