switching from meta to more stable british company?

• current company: meta
• e5 MLE
• TC: £200k (if stock is at $600)
• on skilled worker visa (aka tier 2)

pros:

• high tc
• great on resume
• good problems to solve and learn

cons:

• low job stability: there is always a threat of the whole team being made redundant if we don't produce results (even though it's a risky bet), chances of PIP (all this adds more stress because of my visa)
• long work hours: 10 hours per day, working on and off till 11pm on most days, checking things here and there on weekends, management is quite open about how this is all necessary. this is affecting my life and relationships.
• brutal oncall: got paged at 4am, got coffee and tried to resolve some very serious issues

are there any good British or European companies that offer

• around 120k salary
• predictable work hours, less cross timezone collaboration
• better job stability (at least until I get my ILR)
