Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals

Hi All, Looking for some advice on the Databricks Lakehouse fundamentals badge.

Can one do this without any background or experience in Datalakes or Lakehouse? Will it be possible to achieve the certification badge?

I have prior experience in Informatics ETL years ago. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.
