Can somebody help me please? I’m so confused.

So here I am logging back on after I don’t know half a year never been uninstalled once and I get back on to find the most interesting thing the survivor I used all the time level 37 and she is locked Can someone please explain because now it’s telling me I don’t even own the Stranger Things chapter when I bought it
