Unknown number is harassing me weird texts Help

Hi I need some advice on what I can do about this creepy dude who somehow found my number and has been messing with me

So I got a call from a unknown number at 8 am on Friday and panicked I picked up- the other line said random shit asking me aap Kaha se ho and I thought okay they must've dialed it wrong and hung up Turns out it was a guy who wanted to have "friendship" with me He called me again but I didn't pick up He sent a voice that said - "yaar Mujhe aap se dosti karni hai" Then sent a text saying my chest was really nice I felt so uncomfortable so I sent him a text saying cyber cell Mai complain kar Rahi hu dost and thought he would stop but he didn't He has been calling me again and again randomly- telling me to pick my call up saying oy oy call pick up karo

I'm obviously blocking him but before I wanna make sure this ass doesn't do this to other girls

He deleted the voice note and chest comment but thankfully I took screenshots before

I'm attaching the screenshots of the entire conversation - NO I'm not hiding his phone number, he can deal with the consequences

I just wanna know if I have any grounds to complain with the cyber cell - like what actions can I take beside blocking him? His phone number is from Pakistan Also I'm worried how Tf did he get my number?? Thank you in advance if you can help me with this

Also again before some of y’all say “just block him” NO I wanna throw tomatoes at him like a medieval criminal
