DLP sweet treats…

Legit question… how can the sweet treats at DLP be so rubbish especially when you can get way better cakes, cookies, etc in Starbucks in the Village. France is home to the best patisseries and desserts around the world yet we’re stuck with the same boring shortbread cookies and sad looking Rice Krispie treats. Surely they’d make more money if they had good snacks like they do everywhere else in the world at Disney parks? Am I missing something?
